Refund Policy

Each original artwork is 100%  handmade. As a result, expect imperfections; this is what makes each piece unique! No original can be recreated.

​Color in actual item may appear slightly different than what is viewed on your computer screen. I do my best to match what you see to online to the originals, using different types of light, but it is difficult for us to compensate for everyone's personal computer settings, reflections from photographs.

No refunds or exchanges on items unless item is damaged from shipment upon arrival. Should any product or artwork be lost or damaged from such, please contact me. With proper proof of damage, I am happy to work with you on a replacement. Again, please note that due to the handmade nature of each product, there may be slight imperfections from the artist's process.  If you believe you fall under a special circumstance, please do not hesitate to reach out.
